できない。glibcの新しいバージョンが必要っぽい。

gnuplotをPNGのみでインストール。

だめだ。libgdが必要。

できた。結局、pngcairoは駄目だった。もう一度まとめなおす。

ビルド場所とインストール先を作成。

mkdir -p ~/build ~/usr/local

ビルド場所に移動。

cd build

zlibのインストール。

libpngのインストール。

あとは、

~/usr/local/bin/gnuplot

を使うことで、計算ノードでgnuplotが利用可能。物性研システムB, Cともにいけた。
